Terms and Conditions for Product Returns
- Conditions for Returning Products: Products can only be returned if they are in their original condition and within their packaging.
- Return Period: Products can be returned within 10 days from the date of receipt. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
- Return Process: The customer must contact the customer service department via email or phone to receive instructions regarding the return. Subsequently, they should send the product to the provided address, using the same or additional secure packaging.
- Return Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent, in which case the company will cover the expenses.
- Defective or Wrong Products: In the case of a defective or incorrect product, the customer must report it within 48 hours of receipt. The company will cover the shipping costs for the return and will proceed with a replacement.
